Body Contouring:

This treatment involves measuring of the body from ankles to rib cage. A Mlis cream is applied to the skin after which the person getting the treatment gets wrapped up in plastic wrap. Preatty much from toes all the way up to the chin. An hour of relaxation follows while wrapped in blankets. At the end of the treatment you will notice loss of water, toxic waste, bloating... The patient is required to drink more water and  not take a shower for 24 hrs after the treatment, because the cream keeps working for 36 hrs after application.

Dietary guidelines should be followed before the treatment for increased improvement. They are: no caffeine products, no sugar, no alcohol or cigarettes, in other words, nothing that intoxicates the system. This treatment works better when the person takes better care of themselves by exercising and eating healthy. It can be done on a weekly basis or every month.

Prices for these treatments usually run between $95 to $120 or more at the spas. The service takes 2 to 2.5 hours and the appointment needs to be made about 2 days in advance.
