
Eye Strain:
People who have office/computer jobs sometimes experience headaches from eye strain. Bad or artificial lighting will also trigger headaches.
If you have to be in front of a computer for long hours, please make sure you have a window or a source of natural light in that room. Also, take short breaks to look away from the screen and into the natural light. This will give your eyes a relaxing moment when they are not stressed.
An incorrect eyeglass prescription is another cause of headaches. We all need regular check-ups to make sure our eyes are working properly.
So... don't wait, if you think you have eye problems, do some preventive maintenance and see an eye doctor right away. Massage on the hands and feet also help relieve some of the strain by working the correct nerve endings and sending messages to the brain to heal certain problems within the body. This is called Reflexology.
