Preparations:
4 tablespoons Epsom Salts
3 cups distilled drinking water
1/2 cup olive oil (ozonated for 20-30 min)
3/4 cup fresh pink grapefruit juice
lemon juice optional
2 pint jars with tight lid to mix ingredients in
Instructions:
Day One:
Take no medications (always consult with your doctor), vitamins, other food supplements other than listed here, or any other cleansing programs while following this one. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch.
- 2 pm DO NOT EAT OR DRINK AFTER 2 PM. Mix Epsom Salts with distilled water in a pint jar to yield 4 servings at 3/4 cup each. Store in refrigerator.
- 6 pm. Drink first serving of Epsom Salts water. You may add 1/8 teaspoon of vitamin C powder per serving to improve flavor. You may have a few mouthfuls of water to rinse mouth. Begin ozonating olive oil if possible, or pour it in a jar with lid and shake hard vigorously for several min. Get evening activities done.
- 8 pm. Drink 2nd serving of Epsom Salts water. Get ALL bedtime chores done before the next step.
- 9:45 pm. Pour 1/2 cup olive oil into 2nd pint jar. Hand - squeeze grapefruit into measuring cup, remove pulp with fork, for about 3/4 cup juice. Add to olive oil, close jar tightly with lid, and shake hard until watery.
- 10 pm. Drink the above mixture. LIE VERY STILL FOR AT LEAST A HOULF HOUR, FLAT ON YOUR BACK WITH HEAD UP HIGH ON PILLOWS AND GO TO SLEEP. It is extremely important to sleep during the overnight cleanse and be as still as you can.
- In the morning upon arising, drink the 3rd Serving of Epsom Salts water, but not before 6 am. You may return to bed, or get up and do light activities.
- 2 hrs later. Take 4th and last serving of Epsom salts water.
- after 2 more hours you may begin eating food. It is suggested to start with fruit juice first, then, about an hour later, eat raw fruit. This helps set up proper digestive action. Wait awhile, then begin eating regular food but lightly for this day.
- You may feel some nausea, tiredness, lightheadedness during the cleanse. Schedule it when you can rest the next day.
- Expect diarrhea, especially in the morning and during the day.
- For best results, you will want to examine the contents of bowel movements to see how well the cleanse is working. Roughly count the number of stones you see. Use a flash light adn a stick.
- In the toilet bowl, liver and gallbladder stones float and are usually tan or pea green in color, sometimes black, red or white. They range in size from very small gravel-like to pea-size or larger, and usually appear irregular in shape. Fecal material will sink in the toilet bowl water.
- You may see what looks like dark brown or black grains of wild rice. These are liver flukes.
- Cholesterol crystals also float and appear as chaff, usually a clear or white color.
- This cleanse may be repeated at 2 week intervals. The goal is to clear the liver of stones so more than one cleanse may be needed to accomplish this. Do cleanse until no more stones are released.
- Never cleanse when you are ill.
- It is recommended to cleanse the liver twice a year for optimal health and function.
- After cleansing the liver, expect improved digestion and assimilation of nutrition, allergies to disappear, body pains to vanish (especially upper body), increased energy and sense of well being.
